No choreography, no pressure—just music, movement, and good vibes. Whether you’ve got two left feet or a lifetime of dance behind you, this event is about fun, freedom, and connection.

In collaboration with @WeWalkIndy, @dancefam_llc, @quantumcavern, and @findfunindy, Dance Walk Indy is a citywide celebration of community, culture, and creativity.

What to bring:

  • A friend (or come solo and meet new ones!)

  • Your best “dress to express” holiday outfit. This is a TWILIGHT parade so it will be dark. We encourage you to get festive and LIGHT UP your outfit unit with battery-powered lights, etc.

  • Comfortable shoes for moving and grooving

  • A playful spirit ready to celebrate Indy ❤

FAQs

  • No, we do not drink while dancing, but our meeting spots may serve alcohol in which you can drink before or after the dance walk.

  • Not really… but singles will get a green wristband so you know who you can hit on ;)

    Friends only will get no wristband.

  • Nope! We have dancers of all ages join… from strollers to seniors.

  • Expect a mixture of mainstream songs from throwbacks, to oldies, to classics, and today’s hits.
