Pitch A Single Friend
12 of the most eligible singles will have their best friend pitching them to a crowd of 150+ mostly single people
This will be a night of fun, craziness, and romance. 12 friends will share a 4 minute Powerpoint to a live audience about why people should date their single friend. After the presentations, the entire crowd will do group speed friending to make new friends.
Open to all genders, ages, and orientations, but typical ages will be 21-40 years old.
Right now we’re looking for people to pitch their single friend on stage!

We asked the community to apply and tell us about their single friend. We chose the most entertaining and eligible singles in the city!

If you see a single who is pitched on stage that you want to date (or if you think you have the perfect friend for them) you can virtually raise your hand and submit yourself (or your friend) to go on a date with them.
You can do this with as many of the singles you like. Their friend that pitched them, will review all of the submissions and find the best date for their friend.
More details on how to 'virtually raise your hand' will be revealed at the event.

Singles activities:
📸 Singles photo wall: Come get a Polaroid photo taken of you and write a brief pitch and stick it on our singles wall
📲 Group Friending: After the pitches, singles and friends can stick around for group socializing. We’ll meet in groups of 4-5 and will rotate every 8 minutes. Give them a heart ❤️ and mutual match emails will be sent at the end of the night!👋 Awards Cards: See someone who seems cool and deserves and award? Pick one up and give them an award! If you get an award, get a raffle ticket for chances at prizes!
📞 Contact Cards: Wanna give someone your number but dread asking… then hand out a card with your preferred contact method to break the ice!

The location and the activity were so fun and creative! I loved the vibe of the place and I love that there was an activity to focus on and not just all the pressure of getting to know people. It was the perfect event!

This was such a a fun idea and event! I thought the presentations were so creative and fun, and it was nice to just be in a group of (mostly) single people to mingle with and make new friends! I liked the icebreakers provided and thought that was a good way to start talking with some new people.

The Polaroid wall was a creative and fun idea. And I like the addition of the app matches so I could see who is in my age range that I’m comparable with.

What do I need to do?
1) Fill out the application to pitch your single friend
2) If you’re chosen, you will receive an email from us with event details and the next steps
3) Invite your friends out to support (single or shipped) as we have a crazy fun and quirky event!
