This monthly Scream Meetup is a FREE guided, judgment-free space to release stress, pent-up emotions, and everything you’ve been carrying lately.
After the scream, stick around and let that rage out with an optional intro boxing class at Rumble Boxing! Bring your own boxing wraps or can buy at the gym for $10 a pair.

We’ll start by grounding together in a mindfulness session, then move into a collective scream session designed to help you release, reset, and laugh a little along the way.

This is not a singles event. Open to anyone 18+
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring a blanket, towel, or yoga mat to sit or lay down on the floor.
If you're doing boxing, bring your own boxing wraps or can buy at the gym for $10 a pair. Boxing glove rental is free.
There are no chairs or tables
Dress comfy! No need to impress anyone
Bring headphones or earplugs if your hearing is sensitive as it will get loud during the scream
A friend (or come solo and meet new ones!)
