This monthly Scream Meetup is a FREE guided, judgment-free space to release stress, pent-up emotions, and everything you’ve been carrying lately.
We’ll start by grounding together in a mindfulness session, then move into a collective scream session designed to help you release, reset, and laugh a little along the way.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and strangely energized, with a sense of connection that only comes from doing something a little unhinged… together.
Bring friends, make new ones, and yell it out.
